Terms & Conditions
‼️By commissioning me you are agreeing to the Terms listed below‼️
General
◆ All work commissioned through me will be for personal or private use only.◆ Any showcasing of the artwork must be credited to me (@Nef_escent) as the artist.◆ Client does not hold the right to use the product in any AI technology nor blockchain- associated technology (NFT, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space)
-Artist's Rights-
◆ As the artist, I reserve the right to decline the commission request for any reason I see fit.◆ I reserve the right to use, publish, record, and livestream the commission process/completion unless agreed otherwise.◆ I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any point if the client is excessively or continuously rude, childish or inappropriate. The client will not receive a refund in this case and will be blacklisted.
Payments & refunds
◆ Payment must be in full and upfront through Paypal or cashapp invoices before commission is started.◆ Once the commission has been started, refunds will be determined on a case by case basis◆ Refunds will not be allowed if the piece has been completed
Commission Process
◆ I will take character design commissions, but I ask that you provide as much reference as possible such as detailed descriptions and reference photos.◆ Turn around time: I aim to complete commissions within the month they are requested, but commissions may take up to 1 month or more for completion depending on life schedule and your spot in the queue.◆ Once the commission is started I will send a sketch for approval. During this stage you are allowed 3 major changes to the piece. Once the commission is in the rendering phase (color/shading) I will only allow minor changes such as an incorrect color fix or small details.◆ The commissioned artwork is a Digital Good and will be sent in via email to the customer.
